At Tactical Gear Junkie, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all non-customized items. Products must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing upon arrival.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
